Ms. Spencer represents policyholders in a wide variety of insurance coverage cases that have involved directors and officers liability, professional liability, environmental liability, products liability, asbestos, first-party property and business interruption, construction defects, and cybersecurity. Ms. Spencer was a contributing author of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Policyholder Primer on Insurance, 2010 edition.
