by: Tenley A. CarpSynopsis: I want to bring to your attention the Government's recent proposal to amend the FAR with respect to contractor code of ethics and business conduct. FAR Part 3 currently provides guidance on improper business practices, but it does not mandate that contractors possess a written code of ethics and business conduct.
