Ms. Spencer represents policyholders in a wide variety of insurance coverage cases that have involved directors and officers liability, professional liability, environmental liability, products liability, asbestos, first-party property and business interruption, construction defects, and cybersecurity. Ms. Spencer was a contributing author of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Policyholder Primer on Insurance, 2010 edition.

Ms. Spencer also practices in the areas of government contracts, employment, and civil litigation. Ms. Spencer specializes in providing cost-effective legal research to clients.
